Terms and Conditions for the Confetti Club
These terms apply to the monthly postcard subscription purchased via distance selling. Consumer rights under applicable law always apply regardless of what is stated here.

2. What the subscription includes
The Confetti Club is a monthly subscription where the subscriber receives a postcard by mail to the registered address.
3. Price and renewal
The price is 1,800 ISK per month.
The subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. Payment is completed on a secure payment page within the subscription system.
4. Sign up deadline and first delivery
The sign up deadline is the 25th of each month ✨️
If you sign up before the 25th, you will receive the next card at the beginning of the following month.
If you sign up after the 25th, your subscription starts the month after next, because I put lots of love and care into every card 💖 ✨️
5. Shipping and delivery
Cards are sent out at the beginning of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on postal service and destination.
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details are correct and updated before the shipment is sent.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation must be submitted by email to welcome@insidehenrietteshead.is .
Cancellations received before the 25th of the month take effect for the next billing period. Cancellations received after the 25th take effect for the next billing period.
7. Failed payment
If a payment fails, the subscription may be temporarily paused until payment has been completed. We may send a reminder if payment remains incomplete.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
For distance sales, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason.
If the subscription has already been activated and shipping has begun, this may affect the refund. In such cases, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law and assessed case by case.
9. If a card is lost or arrives damaged
If a card arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact welcome@insidehenrietteshead.is and we will find a solution depending on the situation.
10. Personal data
We process the personal data necessary to manage the subscription, billing, and shipping, such as name, email, phone number, and address.

11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A new version will be published on the website and will apply from the date it is published.
