Confetti Club Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to monthly postcard subscriptions purchased online. Consumer rights under the law always apply regardless of what is stated here.

2. What the subscription includes
The Confetti Club is a monthly subscription where subscribers receive a postcard sent by mail to their registered address.
3. Price and renewal
Price is 1,800 ISK per month.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Payment is made through a secure payment page in the subscription system.
4. Registration deadline and first submission
The registration deadline is the 25th of each month. ✨️
If you register before the 25th, you will receive your next card at the beginning of the following month.
If you sign up after the 25th, your subscription will start the following month, because I put a lot of love and care into each card. 💖 ✨️
5. Shipping and delivery
Cards are sent out at the beginning of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and delivery location.
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the address and contact information are correct and up-to-date before sending a shipment.
6. Termination
Cancellations must be received by email to welcome@insidehenrietteshead.is .
Cancellations received before the 25th of each month will be effective for the next payment period. Cancellations received after the 25th will be effective for the period following that.
7. Unsuccessful payment
If payment is unsuccessful, your subscription may be temporarily suspended until payment is processed. We may send a reminder if payment is incomplete.
8. Right to withdraw from the contract and refunds
In distance selling, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason.
If a subscription has already been activated and shipping has begun, this may affect the refund. In such cases, the law is followed and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. If a card is lost or damaged
If a card arrives damaged or does not arrive within the normal time frame, please contact welcome@insidehenrietteshead.is and we will find a solution as appropriate.
10. Personal information
We process the personal information necessary to manage subscriptions, billing, and shipping, for example name, email address, phone number, and address.

Terms are subject to change. A new version will be posted on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.
